Who we are

Luxury Property Italy is based in Alba, Piedmont Italy and is run by husband and wife team Clive and Lesley Wisbey.

Luxury Property Italy specialise in Prestigious Luxury Italian Properties which include Traditional restored farmhouses, country homes, Italian castles, country estates and luxury apartments.

Clive and Lesley have extensive experience working in Italian real estate via their Piedmont Property business which specialises in property sales in the Piemonte region.

Clive, whose mother is Italian, has more than 25 years experience in both sales and marketing  and is responsible for strategic marketing of the business, media aspects, photography and sourcing new luxury properties for our clients.

Lesley has a background in client relations having worked for more than 20 years at management level for a large Investment bank. Lesley is responsible for all client relations, enquiries, property viewing and technical matters in relation to the properties. Her commitment to first class customer service and meeting our customers needs have proved a formidable combination and provide a constant source of referral business from our satisfied clients.

Before Purchase

1. We work with you to find your perfect home and offer any advice you require to find your home in Italy.
2. Answer all technical questions you may have in respect of a property.
3. Ensure any modifications or changes you wish to make to a property are possible before you make a commitment to purchase.
4. Provide you with an informed estimate of all related costs before you commit to purchase a property.
5. Provide you with any local information you may need. (eg costs of living , local school  information)
6. Guide you professionally through the entire buying process and necessary paperwork.
7. Translate all necessary documents by our accredited translators without charge.
8. Open a bank account for you.
9. Obtain your codice fiscale which you will need before you buy a property.

After purchase

1. Transfer all utilities into your name.
2. Provide you with any contacts you may require such as builders,electricians, plumbers etc.
3. Introduce you to an English speaking accountant if required.
4. Offer any general advice you may need.
5. Share our local knowledge and experiences with you.
